Illustrated ESL flashcards in one consistent world

Pictures are how young children hold onto words. LingoChorus draws a flashcard for every vocabulary item — and keeps them all in one consistent art world called the Cast.

The Cast — a world, not clip-art

Choose a recurring character (a friendly fox, monkey or bee) and every flashcard in the pack is drawn in that character's world: one palette, one line style, one feel. Across lessons it becomes a place a child recognises and bonds with. That consistency is hard to fake by pasting together stock images, and it's a large part of what makes a course feel like a course.

On the board and on paper

Flip the cards on screen to reveal the word, its definition and an example; or print them as a clean cut-out grid for the classroom. In Present mode you can put the cards big on a projector or second monitor while you drive from your laptop.

Made for young eyes

Bold shapes, warm colours, a single clear subject and no text baked into the image. For the very youngest classes the art carries the lesson, because the children can't read yet.

In every pack

  • One illustrated card per vocabulary item
  • Consistent character + art style (the Cast)
  • Flip on screen; print as a cut-out grid
  • Big on a projector via Present mode
